Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice will result in a charge of part or all of the service amount.
How can I cancel my appointment ?
There are two ways to change or cancel your appointment:
1. You can login to your Vagaro account, the app you used to book your appointment, then change or cancel your service.
2. Text to 760-695-7115 that you would like to cancel; if you need to reschedule, availability might not be immediately, however we will reply with the soonest available opening.
IMPORTANT: for cancellations or reschedule please DO NOT call and leave a message. Text message is the best method.
